Clubhouse:
As a member, you can rent the clubhouse during the
season (April 1 – October 31) for $250 when the restaurant is closed.
Non-members may rent for $1250. AAGO must be used as the service provider.
The club is available to rent on football Saturdays.
The charge for members for the clubhouse is $700. The
charge for non-members is $1250.
Members and non-members will be required to sign a
contract with AAGO. A $250 security deposit will also be required.
Additionally, since we do not have a liquor license, documentation of
homeowner’s insurance will be needed for liability purposes.
Keep AAGO in mind when planning those special occasions
and parties. It is never too early to ‘SAVE THE DATE”. To make any

Angell House:
The Angell House (next to the tennis courts) is another great spot for a get
together. Members can rent it for $200 and non-members for $1,250. Outside
caterers are allowed. Once again, security deposits, contracts and
homeowner’s insurance documentation are required. To
