techniques and the study of history of photographers and equipment,

| Saturday, April 24 |
MiPHS Annual Lecture and Dinner. Our speaker will be Lorne Shields. His topic will be "The Bicycle in Vintage Photographs." Lorne has collected early cycling photography for over 40 years. Aspects of his collection have been on display at the Smithsonian Institution, the Royal Ontario Museum and the Science & Technology Museum of Canada, among others. Images range from 1849 to 1930.
